Come in and get to know us and our facility. Tell us a little bit about you, what you are looking to change and achieve. What has worked for you in the past and what has not worked. We will answer your questions, tell you about our process and what you can expect from our program. After that we will do a 1:1 class to define a baseline for you and together we can create a plan that will get you into your first group class feeling comfortable, confident and competent.

Already an experienced CrossFitter, no problem! We have an “Experienced” assessment for you also. Come in, do a free 1:1 with one of our trainers and “test out” of onboarding by showing us competency in the basic skills of CrossFit.



We have found that the members who get the best results fastest come into classes feeling comfortable, confident and competent from the start. In your DHP Onboarding Process you will learn all the movements we do & how to do them safely. We will help you to know how much weight to use and how to modify movements to fit your ability and experience level. Your DHP Onboarding Process will be an amazing 2 week hybrid program consisting of 2 personal training sessions and 1 group class each week for two weeks that will get you prepared maximize your time in group classes.

For those interested in taking a full approach to health we have several coaches with backgrounds in nutrition coaching and meal planning. As the old sayings go: Abs are created in the kitchen; You can’t outwork a bad diet. Working with one of our nutrition coaches will be a game changer for you.


Kids are our future and they need to have long healthy lives right? I mean they need to take care of us one day. The DHP Kids program creates an active learning environment for physical and mental activity. Disguised as games for the 3-5 year old group the kids have fun getting fit. Our 6-12 year old group increases the challenges of their fitness games and adds in a component of structured workouts just like mom and dad do. The best part of this class, the kids sleep like rocks afterwards!

Personal training

Amazing gym! The Coaches are all great! They meet you at your level and help you grow and expand to the goals that you want to expand to. More importantly it’s an amazing community! There are always events happening to further expand the connections between everyone there! I have met some amazing people and made some great friends. I’m so glad to be a part of this beautiful community🥰

CrossFit DHP has been exactly what I've been looking for in a CrossFit box. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell that they genuinely care about their athletes. Workouts always include stretching/mobility, (which is so important!), and the WODs are challenging but doable. As for the community, it's welcoming and fun to be around. I couldn't be happier here!
